This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name fadfocus.in ("Website"), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").

The Platform is owned by FadFocus, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at Pune (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased through the Platform. By purchasing products on the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Return Policy. This Policy can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Policy to stay informed of updates.

1. Return/Exchange Timeframe

We offer refund / exchange within first 2 days from the date of your purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. The return/exchange period commences from the date of delivery of the product to you.

2. Eligibility Conditions

In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange:

  • The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • The item must have original packaging, tags, labels, and all accessories
  • If the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange
  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with by you
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)

3. Exchange Policy

Only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, we reserve the right to offer a refund or alternative product at our sole discretion.

4. Exempted Products

You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. Exempted products may include but are not limited to perishable items, personalized items, intimate apparel, and items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

5. Return Process

For exchange / return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned / exchanged product. Further, if the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies. The inspection process may take up to 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

6. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Platform Owner reserves the right to deduct return shipping charges from the refund amount, if applicable. In case of defective or damaged products, Platform Owner may arrange for pickup of the product at no additional cost to you.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delays in refund processing by payment gateways or financial institutions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, loss of data or loss of other economic interests, whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, warranty or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by You for using the Services giving rise to the cause of action or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100) whichever is less.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Return Policy and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
