Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FadFocus, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clarity on the eligibility, timeframes, and procedures for requesting refunds and cancellations. We comply with RBI-mandated regulations regarding online transactions and refunds.


1. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or defective products received by the customer.
  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of receiving the package, showing the damage or defect.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund Request Process:

  1. Submit a Refund Request within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product via:

  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Clear unboxing video showing the defect/damage
    • Reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a pickup for the product.
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Return requests without proper unboxing video evidence.
  • Items that are used, washed, or without original tags.
  • Products that do not have manufacturing defects or damage.
  • Items purchased during final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts (unless damaged upon delivery).

2. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • Customers can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at [Insert Contact Details] with your Order ID.

Order Cancellation by FadFocus:

  • FadFocus reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
    • Unavailability of stock.
    • Pricing or listing errors.
    • Payment verification failure.
  • If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be processed automatically.

3. Processing Fees & Refund Timeframes

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days post-approval.
  • If a customer cancels an order before shipment, the refund will be processed immediately.
  • Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted as per RBI guidelines.
