1. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or defective products received by the customer.
- Customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of receiving the package, showing the damage or defect.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund Request Process:
- Submit a Refund Request within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product via:

- Provide the following details:
- Order ID
- Clear unboxing video showing the defect/damage
- Reason for the refund request
- Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a pickup for the product.
- Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Return requests without proper unboxing video evidence.
- Items that are used, washed, or without original tags.
- Products that do not have manufacturing defects or damage.
- Items purchased during final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts (unless damaged upon delivery).
2. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Customers can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation by FadFocus:
- FadFocus reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
- Unavailability of stock.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Payment verification failure.
- If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be processed automatically.
3. Processing Fees & Refund Timeframes
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days post-approval.
- If a customer cancels an order before shipment, the refund will be processed immediately.
- Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted as per RBI guidelines.
