The Platform is owned by FadFocus, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at Pune (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping and delivery of orders placed on the Platform. By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy. This Policy can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Policy to stay informed of updates.

1. Shipping Methods

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Platform Owner reserves the right to select the shipping method and courier partner at its sole discretion.

2. Shipping Timeline

Orders are shipped within 1 day from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. The shipping timeline is an estimate and may vary based on factors including but not limited to product availability, location, and courier service capacity.

3. Delivery Address

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

4. Delivery Delays and Force Majeure

Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, Platform Owner shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from such delays.

5. Shipping Charges

If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout and are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, loss of data or loss of other economic interests, whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, warranty or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by You for using the Services giving rise to the cause of action or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100) whichever is less.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Shipping Policy and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
